What We Offer
All services are provided at an hourly rate of $50/hour plus the cost of materials. An estimate will always be provided, but if a customer requires a final price quote before a project is completed, it will almost always be more expensive than the total of time and materials, simply because we have to protect ourselves from unforeseen circumstances by adding an additional buffer to our quote. In most cases, we will complete a job within 10% of our estimate.
A minimum service fee of $50 is required for any visit, including an initial consultation. This is simply to account for the time required to travel to and from your location and the time spent discussing your potential project. If we complete the work for you, that $50 will be applied to the total invoice at the completion of the project.
Before we begin any project we will clearly outline both the schedule and the process we will follow. Any concerns or complications will be fully discussed before work begins. We are committed to communicating thoroughly and acting transparently through the entire process. You will not be tricked into paying for things you don't need and you will not be billed for hidden expenses that were not brought to your attention. We're here to help, and that's what we intend to do.
